The hotel is set amidst tropical palm trees in the narrow streets of the Old Town of Benidorm, with shops, bars and restaurants all within 200 metres. The lovely Levante beach is just over a kilometre away. Next door to the hotel is an outdoor auditorium where occasional concerts are held during high season.

The Prince Park Hotel is housed in a simple 10-storey brick block, which dates from the 1970s but has since been renovated. The interior is modern and chic, with a simple, smart reception area featuring tasteful abstract oil paintings. There’s also a pleasant, conventional buffet restaurant, serving Continental cuisine, and a glittering, attractive bar with a stage and colourful modern paintings. The hotel 165 guestrooms are attractively decorated in an understated style. They are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The kidney-shaped pool is set in a small paved terrace with parasols, plastic sun beds and patio furniture.
