The hotel is located in the area of Benidorm called Rincon de Loix, just 300 metres from the Levante Beach and 15 minutes from the centre of the town. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, pubs and shops.

The Marina Hotel is housed in a solid, L-shaped 8- to 15-storey building, which dates from the 1970s but has since been renovated. The interior is stylish and classy, with a tasteful, high-ceilinged, colonnaded lobby/lounge featuring a huge tiled fishing-themed mural and Venus de Milo statue on the staircase. The 316 medium sized guestrooms are decorated in a cool, contemporary style, their plain walls contrasting with the blue patterned bedspreads and curtains. They are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The buffet restaurant is located on the ground floor and provides a great selection of Mediterranean cuisine to choose from. Guests can relax by the circular swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, sun beds and a terrace. The hotel gardens also a children's playground and there is live music every night.
